Meet LaShawn M. Davis

I am a wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, coach, consultant, supporter, and mentor. I earned my Degrees and Certifications from University of Phoenix and Clayton State University. I am passionate about helping others realize their passion, create their goals, and build foundations for their futures. Since obtaining my formal certification as a Certified Professional Life Coach from Sh’Shares Network, I have begun to branch out and build my brand as I work in my passion. I love to see women move past their obstacles and transform their lives. Helping others live out loud is my passion. I enjoy seeing women bury “FEAR” and just step out on faith.

We have all experienced some level of brokenness, and those test have allowed us to seek more out of life. Life experiences have provided me with the most valuable lessons, testimonies and skill set to support a client through career transition, job loss, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, the loss of a child, and the fear of failure and success. Over the last 15 years I have provided career and job readiness coaching services for state agencies and non-profit organizations. Organizations focused and
dedicated to career transition, women’s empowerment and youth development.

In 2015 God gave me a vision to take what I was so passionate about to the next level. I stepped out on faith and Beautiful Transitions Life Coaching LLC, now Beautiful Transitions Consulting LLC was birthed. I coach women who want more out of life, who need a change in life, and who fear failure and success. Once a year I have an event called “Girlfriends Weekend” where women come together and support, encourage, uplift and empower one another. The women also have the opportunity to relax, release, relate and create relationships. Every other year I take GFW internationally. We travel to other countries and enjoy the food and culture as we fellowship and relax. The retreat is a safe place to put the anxiety, and stress of everyday life on pause for 72 hours. Sisterhood  is so important and having a healthy environment to talk, laugh, and listen to one another is powerful. The retreat is therapeutic and loads of fun!
